Duties:

• Handle legal matters across multiple litigation practice areas, including but not limited to:

  • Business disputes

  • Employment matters

  • General liability

  • Appellate litigation

  • Construction-related claims

• Engage in legal research, drafting, motion practice, and court appearances

• Participate in case strategy development and client communications

• Collaborate with team members across California offices

• Assist in trial preparation and support where needed

• Work under the mentorship of experienced litigators with growth opportunities in dedicated practice groups

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of litigation experience

• Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing

• Proven record of job stability and professional references

• Demonstrated cultural alignment with collaborative, respectful work environments

• Capable of working independently and managing competing deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership required
